Dear Participants,

Though at the moment every citizen on the globe is majorly impacted by the Coronavirus, based on the various scientific predictions we believe that by the end of May we will be over the hard times and the peak will have already passed. We truly hope that the 21st ISIR Symposium can be organized in August, as planned, and therefore reconsidered the timing schedule of the abstract submission.

We understand that it may be difficult to commit to travel at present, so we are extending the deadline for the abstract submission to 10th of May, 2020. We hope by this point there will be greater clarity, and confidence to travel.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to Budapest in August.

Dear Colleagues!

The International Society for Inventory Research (ISIR) has the pleasure to invite you to participate in the 21st International Symposium on Inventories, the only scholarly forum in the world focusing directly on inventories. ISIR is a strictly professional, nonprofit organization. It endeavors to provide those engaged in inventory research with an opportunity to exchange views and experiences on an international and interdisciplinary basis: to provide an appropriate and comprehensive framework for the dissemination of research results attained in the members’ country and to take an initiative in the development of research and higher education.

ISIR was founded in 1982 and the founding President was Nobel Laurate Kenneth J. Arrow.
